Return and Exchange Policy
Regular Items:
- Items purchased from our regular collection can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchanges for size variation are possible, subject to availability.
- Forward and return shipping charges will be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Designer Wear:
- Designer wear items can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchanges for size variation are possible within the same designer's collection, subject to availability.
- Forward and return shipping charges will be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items, accessories, and items marked as non-returnable or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly according to the policy.
