Return and Exchange Policy

Regular Items:

  • Items purchased from our regular collection can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchanges for size variation are possible, subject to availability.
  • Forward and return shipping charges will be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Designer Wear:

  • Designer wear items can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchanges for size variation are possible within the same designer's collection, subject to availability.
  • Forward and return shipping charges will be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items, accessories, and items marked as non-returnable or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly according to the policy.
